We are seeking high energy, self-starters to manage a large client and prospect base. Tamke provides a rich client base with a solid track record of REPEAT business. New account leads generated by the Company’s marketing efforts provide a fertile environment to grow sales within your territory.

Strong organizational and scheduling skills, solid oral skills, and a team player attitude required. Experience in tree or horticultural area desired with a successful track record selling General Tree Work, Spray and Fertilization services. Cold Calling experience and proven new business generation are necessary. We will invest in you with training methods, industry knowledge and arboricultural education.

You will have daily interaction with Production Crews from our Liberty Corner and Lambertville locations. Working closely with foreman and production managers, you will manage the job to completion based on your estimates.

Draw and Commission paid monthly after completion of training. Unlimited commissions potential. You can earn a six figure income.

Any of the following certifications are desirable: New Jersey State Certified Tree Expert, International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist and New Jersey State Certified Pesticide Applicator.
